The apartments are located near the Rostov-on-Don embankment in a modern residential complex with a concierge, which has a closed territory and a courtyard without cars – this is an ideal place for both a tourist and a work trip. Within walking distance are: the embankment with many cozy cafes/restaurants and sculptures, Levoberezhny Park, Rostov Arena stadium, musical theater, public library, theater square, Maxim Gorky Theater, October Revolution Park. Our apartments have everything for a comfortable stay (for up to 4 people): !! We are very careful about the cleanliness of the apartments. !! Smoking of cigarettes, hookahs, electronic cigarettes and vapes is strictly prohibited! !! Check-in time is from 14.00, check-out until 12.00. Early check-in and late check-out are agreed upon and paid for separately. !! Upon check-in, you must provide a passport and make a security deposit of 3,000 rubles (which is refunded after check-out and cleaning, subject to the rules of accommodation).
