The guest house is located in the center of the western residential area on Malinovsky Street, through which the main bypass route from the Mariupol highway towards Moscow passes. The car- railway station is a 10-minute drive from the hotel, the way to the airport takes 1 hour. The guest house belongs to a complex consisting of a restaurant of European, Caucasian cuisine and a Finnish sauna. The guest house provides its services only for NONRESIDENT residents. Near the hotel there are supermarkets "Okey", "Castorama", shopping center "Golden Babylon", cinema "Luxor", car market "Fortuna", Police school. It is also convenient to get to the industrial area on Dovator Street, where the MREO GAI, Baltika, Efes plants and many others are located. Despite the proximity of a busy highway, all rooms of the hotel are very quiet and peaceful, because their Windows overlook the opposite side of the road, overlooking the private sector and the courtyard. The complex has a large parking lot for customers.
