The apartment faces two sides, the windows are open — it's fresh and cool in summer. Transport accessibility - 3 minutes on foot to the metro station Zvezdnaya / 5 km to Pulkovo airport / 7 minutes to the railway station and ring road / 20 minutes to the city center. Nearby: SKA Arena, Expoforum, Maternity Hospital No. 9, City of Heroes Park, large shopping center with cinema, Aleko Theater for children and adults. Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 12:00. Our guests are provided with: - Double bed with orthopedic mattress (160 x 200 cm), two double sofas (160 x 200 cm), armchair-bed; - Workplace, wi-fi, typewriter, library, board games, gym complex; - A resting place on a large loggia; - Free parking on the territory of the residential complex under the barrier; - Refrigerator, oven and hob, dishwasher, kettle, cooking and serving utensils, cutlery, vase, water filter; - Two toilets, large bathroom, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron and hair dryer; - Personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, cotton swabs / discs), high-quality bed linen/ towels, tea or coffee, a variety of pleasant household items - from slippers to laundry capsules. We carefully monitor the cleanliness of the apartments. After each departure, a complete wet cleaning is required with the replacement of bed linen, towels and hygiene kits. Final cleaning at the end of the rental is paid separately and amounts to 3,000 rubles.
