The windows overlook Sadovaya Street and Fontanka River embankment. The standard check-in time is from 15:00. Check out before 12:00. We also have the possibility of early and late check-in/check-out by appointment. A deposit of 5,000 rubles is refunded upon check-out. Pets are not allowed. Please note that when checking in for up to 5 days, the additional cleaning fee is 1000 rubles, 2000rubles for one day.
