Dear guests, we offer you a cozy apartment in the center of St. Petersburg, which will give you a romantic mood, wrap you in the warmth of the setting sun and leave in your memory a picture of the most wonderful trip! The apartments are designed for one or two travelers and are located on the embankment of the Obvodny Canal overlooking the canal, the embankment, the building of the former Warsaw railway station (now it is the Vokzal 1853 shopping center with the largest food court in our city) and the Resurrection Cathedral. "Aristocrat" is located in a brand new house, recreated in a historical form, which fully meets the requirements of the 21st century. The studio with an area of 22 sq. m. can comfortably accommodate 1-2 people. The design and location of the Aristocrat were created specifically for romantic natures who appreciate the aesthetics wrapped in the train of the imperial capital. At your service, within walking distance, two large round-the-clock hypermarkets: Perekrestok and Lenta, a huge restaurant complex with kitchens for the most refined taste, a fitness club, a gas station, an Orthodox church, a huge free parking in front of the house and a cozy courtyard. Baltiyskaya Metro Station is a 7-minute walk away (Baltiysky Railway Station, from which regular trains run to Peterhof, Gatchina, Oranienbaum and Pushkin). Please read carefully the information about the rules and the order of stay provided below: Please keep in mind that this house is brand new and is still in the process of settling in and finishing — repairs may be carried out during the day at your temporary neighbors. We inform you about this in advance and hope for your understanding. Please note that the Aristocrat Apartments use a contactless check-in method, which allows you to arrive at any time convenient for you. Access to the apartment is carried out using a personal lock code, which is valid for the entire time of booking, that is, from 15 o'clock on the first day and until 12 o'clock on the last. After the booking period expires, your code will no longer be valid, and you will not be able to get back to the apartment on your own. Please keep this in mind when checking out. Current prices for the planned period can be clarified by opening the calendar and selecting the desired dates. Check-out time: check-out before 12:00 (an additional fee of 10% of the cost of the day is charged over time, after 18:00 the next day is paid if we do not expect new guests on that day). Check-in starts at 15:00. Check-in at an earlier time is possible without problems if the apartment is ready for your check-in and is negotiated individually. Please note: The Aristocrat does not give up for noisy companies and parties. Smoking is prohibited in the Aristocrat Apartments. The deposit for this violation is not refundable. You will need a passport to check in. In addition to paying for the rental of apartments, a deposit of 5,000 rubles is required, which is refunded upon departure if you: - Nothing was damaged or appropriated; - Did not violate the rules of accommodation listed in the memo (noise at the wrong time, complaints from neighbors, the general condition of the apartment after your stay, etc.); - Did not smoke the room (your deposit will be spent on funds to combat odors); - Do not use extra bed linen and towels, as well as consumables designed for the following guests, without the consent of the administrator; - They did not leave garbage, leftovers, a mountain of dirty dishes after their stay (this entails unpleasant odors and the need for enhanced disinfection); - They did not commit any illegal actions. We do not provide payment for final cleaning, but we reserve the right to deduct 2000 rubles from the deposit if the time for cleaning after your stay turns out to be too long due to the unsatisfactory condition of the apartment. We have no goal to keep this amount — we are confident that guests will maintain and appreciate the cleanliness of the apartment as much as we do. And, please, before making the sheets, cover the mattress pad — this will avoid problems with stains on the upholstery and, accordingly, withholding a deposit for cleaning the sofa. am. The minimum rental period is one day, however, in certain periods the minimum rental period may be two days. We have the right to refuse to check in: - Persons who have not reached the age of majority without an adult (even if an adult pays for their apartment); - Persons under the influence of alcohol /drugs; - Persons who knowingly have a negative reputation for any reason. The apartment "Aristocrat" is: - Cleanliness and order: cleaning and disinfection after each guest; - Always fresh bed linen and towels: washing and ironing in a professional laundry; - Tea/coffee/sugar for our guests; - Sunflower oil so that you don't have to buy an entire bottle for the sake of several cooks; - Personal hygiene items; - Household appliances and furniture: 43' smart TV, full-size refrigerator with freezer, electric ceramic surface, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, microwave, separate faucet with filter for drinking water, electric kettle, hair dryer, capsule coffee maker (Dolce Gusto), double sofa-a bed (140x200 cm), two cupboards, a dining table, dishes and cutlery; - High-speed Internet access via Wi-Fi; - Convenient modern contactless apartment check-in system: you receive a lock code that is valid for the entire time of the paid apartment rental.
