Dear guests, we offer you a modern apartment in the north of St. Petersburg. The apartment is spacious, very warm, quiet, suitable for both a couple and a group of friends, where everyone can comfortably accommodate. The apartment is located in the north of St. Petersburg near the metro station Parnas. There are many shops, shopping malls, restaurants and cafes near the house and in the courtyard. It takes 25 minutes by metro to the city center, 30 minutes by car, and there are a lot of different carsharing cars near the house. Dear guests, please note: 1. It is strictly forbidden to make noise and listen to music after 22.00! 2. The standard check-in time is from 14 o'clock, check-out until 11 o'clock. 3. Late check-out and early check-in are agreed individually, if possible (for an additional fee). 4. Upon arrival, an additional deposit is paid (refunded on the day of departure after checking the apartment). 5.
