The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after your departure. The apartment has: ,Double bed ✅ TV and wi-fi. ,Bathroom ; shower , toilet . ✅ Kitchenette; refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, necessary set of dishes (plates, cutlery, frying pan, saucepan, etc.) ✅ Washing machine and iron ✅ Snow-white bed linen and towels for each guest. ✅ Hairdryer ✅ Soap, shampoo and shower gel For stays of more than 7 days - free cleaning with change of bed linen. We have contactless check-in. Instructions with access codes are sent on the day of check-in. ?Check-in time is from 15:00h - We check in earlier if possible. You can check in early only one day before check-in. Previously, we do not have this information. Check-out time is until 11:00 Late check-out is negotiated individually ?About parking. Parking is available at the building - 100r per hour. ?The apartment is not suitable for noisy parties or gatherings at night. ❗️After 22:00h, please keep quiet so as not to disturb the neighbors.
