There is a public transport stop near the house, many budget shops and cafes, and a charming private bakery on the corner, which will undoubtedly delight guests with good coffee and always fresh pastries. For a small additional fee of 200 rubles per day, it is possible to park a car in a closed courtyard. Not far from the house are Smolny and Tavrichesky Gardens, the mansion of the Nevernever (mysticism of St. Petersburg), the Alexander Nevsky Lavra. Nearby is the famous Polezhaevsky House, where the film "The Master and Margarita" was shot. Nevsky Prospekt is a 15-minute walk away.
