Our apartments are located on Alexander Green Boulevard 3. You will always find current prices and available dates in our online booking calendar. We have remote check-in. Cozy studio apartments with accommodation for one to three people. The apartments have everything you need for your comfortable stay: household appliances, dishes, clean bed linen and towels, shampoo, soap. There is a free parking lot next to the house. Convenient location of our residential complex: • There is an interchange with the exit to the ZSD nearby. • Pulkovo International Airport can be reached in 20-30 minutes via the Western High—Speed Diameter motorway (WSD). • Gostiny Dvor Metro Station (Nevsky Prospekt) is 2 stops away by direct metro or 20 minutes by land transport.; • Gazprom Arena (Saint Petersburg Stadium), located on Krestovsky Island, is one metro stop away; • Moskovsky Train Station is 3 metro stops or 30 minutes by land transport.; • There is direct public transport to the city center (buses, trolleybuses), stops are located 5-10 minutes on foot. The estimated check-in time is from 15.00 to 23.00. Arrivals after 23.00 are agreed in advance and fully paid with a deposit before receiving check-in instructions. The estimated check-out time is until 11:00. An earlier check-in is possible by prior arrangement. Early arrivals and late departures are possible - they are negotiated individually and paid additionally. Events and smoking are not allowed in our apartments.
