It is necessary to observe the rules of apartment and the safety of property. Apartment Rules: • Silence from 22:00 to 09:00. The studio is not intended for parties and other events. • It is forbidden to smoke cigarettes, cigars, hookah, electronic cigarettes in all rooms, including the common areas of the house and courtyard. • It is forbidden to invite guests into the apartment without the permit of the owner. • It is forbidden to make noise inside the house and in the yard. • It is forbidden to come into conflict with neighbors and open the door to unknown persons. • When you leave the studio, please close the taps and windows, turn off the lights and electrical appliances. • Do not wear outdoor shoes inside the room. • Before check-out please leave the dishes and household appliances clean and take away the garbage. We can wash the dishes after you for 500 rubles and take out the garbage for 200 rubles (deducted from the deposit). • Please take care of the room, furniture, household appliances and textile. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the deposit will not be refunded
