The studio can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed and a pull-out double sofa. There are 4 beds. Please read the text below carefully! Check-out time: Check-out - before 12:00 Check-in is after 15:00. Arrivals at an earlier time are negotiated individually! We can offer two early check-in options.: 1) Guaranteed early check-in is charged as a full day. In this case, the apartment is fully secured for you at a convenient check-in time. You can request it at the time of booking or through the administrator. 2) Non-guaranteed check-in - if possible, 1,000 rubles will be paid to the administrator and agreed with the administrator the day before. If you plan a late check-in after 23 hours, it will be paid 1000 rubles (depending on the time of arrival) to the administrator. We have made sure that you have everything for a comfortable stay.: • Mini-kitchen. Dishes for cooking and serving, cutlery; • Necessary appliances: kettle, electric stove, microwave, refrigerator; • Private bathroom and shower in the studio; • 42" TV connected to the Internet and wireless Wi-Fi; • Pillows and blankets; • Hair dryer. Iron and ironing board; • Washing machine; • There will be no problems with turning off the water - we have a water heater.; Always: • Perfect cleanliness and order! Cleaning with special facilities after each guest! • Fresh bed linen and towels! Washing and ironing after each guest is carried out by a professional laundry service! •A tea/sugar welcome pack for each of the guests! • Personal hygiene items, namely: disposable gels and shampoos, disposable slippers, toilet paper, etc.! Don't give up for noisy companies and parties! Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the territory! You will need a passport to check in! In addition to the payment, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded after checking the apartment if you: • Nothing was damaged or misappropriated! • You did not violate the rules of living prescribed in the apartment in the memo (noise at the wrong time, complaints from neighbors, the general condition of the apartment after your stay, etc.)! • The apartment was not smoked (your deposit will be spent on anti-odor funds)! • They didn't leave any garbage, leftovers, or a mountain of dirty dishes after their stay, which leads to unpleasant odors! • Did not commit any illegal actions contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation! We do NOT provide payment for final cleaning, but we reserve the right to deduct 2000 from the deposit if the cleaning time is too long due to the unsatisfactory condition in the apartment after the stay. We do not have a goal to keep this amount, we only encourage our guests to maintain and appreciate the cleanliness in our apartments as much as we do ourselves! If you paid for the apartment a few days in advance, but you had to leave earlier, then: • Payment for unused days can be refunded by agreement. Including holidays, weekends, and burning dates. The recalculation is made according to our discount system! • The refund fee will be charged at least three days in advance if the total amount is more than 3 days. • Free cancellation with a refund is possible up to 10 days before arrival. Prices may vary on public holidays and on the days of any events! Check-in for a few hours only at the cost of one day! We can provide accounting documents in the form of an online receipt with a QR code. We do not settle and have the right to refuse without giving reasons.: • persons of minor age (even if the apartment is rented by an adult); • persons under the influence of alcohol/drugs; • persons who knowingly have a negative reputation for one reason or another; • guests with rude or inappropriate behavior. Parking is only paid along the road.
