Apartments on Galernaya street

The apartment has a modern design renovation in a minimalist style. A separate parking space is provided for the entire stay. A cozy enclosed quiet courtyard with a beautiful playground and benches convenient for gatherings, greenery all around. You can safely let the children go into the yard, and not worry. There are two separate entrances to the courtyard: an arch from the Admiralty Canal and an arch from Galernaya Street. Contactless entry is possible, all doors and arches are equipped with remote access locks and code-collecting panels. The apartments are equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. In the off-season or in cold summer weather, you can warm up the apartment with underfloor heating. In case of emergency shutdowns of the hot water supply, a 50 liter boiler is provided. Two TVs with smart TV. Blackout curtains on all windows, a floating ceiling with lighting in the bedroom. For guests with pets, the conditions are negotiated individually.
