A small, bright and cozy studio apartment is located in the very center of St. Petersburg on Karavannaya Street, a 2-minute walk from Nevsky Prospekt. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 5-storey building, 10 minutes from Nevsky Prospekt/Gostiny Dvor Metro Station. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, a folding sofa, a TV, a wardrobe, a table with chairs. Thus, the apartment is suitable for comfortable accommodation of 2 couples or a family with children. The kitchen area is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: there is a refrigerator, an electric kettle, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. The windows (double-glazed windows) of the apartments overlook a quiet courtyard. The entrance to the apartment is from the courtyard. Check-in takes place at the company's office. Upon arrival, a security deposit may be charged for the safety of the property, it is returned upon departure.
