If you rent for less than 4 days, you will additionally pay for cleaning - 1000 rubles. Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 12:00. Other times are agreed in advance! Upon arrival, a contract is drawn up (you will need a passport), and a deposit of 3,000 rubles is paid. It is refunded upon departure, subject to all the rules. The need to provide accounting documents is discussed before making an advance payment. Important!
