The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with a new mattress, a large spacious wardrobe. A bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine and a window. Parties, noisy events, and smoking of anything (cigarettes, vapes, hookahs, etc.) are strictly prohibited in the apartment. Burning anything is also prohibited (incense, candles, etc.). Pets are also not allowed. High-quality cleaning is carried out in the apartment before each check-in! We have remote check-in and eviction. This allows guests to check in in the evening hours. We send detailed instructions to the guests on the eve of check-in. For the peace of mind of the owners and neighbors, video surveillance is installed in the house. Accounting documents are provided upon request. Please specify the conditions in advance. Standard check-in starts at 3 p.m. Check out before 12 o'clock. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to prior agreement, paid additionally. The final cost may vary depending on the season, weekends or holidays, as well as the number of guests. Upon check-in, a 10'000 deposit is taken for the safety of the apartment's property and returned to the card on the day of departure, after cleaning by the maid.
