Our guests are provided with: - Double bed with orthopedic mattress (160x200 cm), double sofa bed (in a separate designated sitting area), cot (on request); - Workplace: desk, computer chair, wi-fi; - A resting place on a large loggia; - Free parking on the territory of the residential complex; - Refrigerator, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, dishes for cooking and serving, cutlery, vase, water filter; - Washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, iron and hair dryer; - Personal hygiene products (shampoo, shower gel, cotton swabs and discs), high-quality bed linen and towels, tea and coffee, a variety of pleasant household items - from slippers to laundry capsules. We carefully monitor the cleanliness of the apartments. After each departure, a complete wet cleaning is required with the replacement of bed linen, towels and hygiene kits. Washing and ironing after each guest is carried out by a professional laundry service. Rules of accommodation: 1) Strict observance of the silence regime from 22:00 to 7:00 and from 22:00 to 9:00 on weekends and holidays, a quiet hour for children, during the daytime — from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. 2) Upon arrival, a deposit of 5,000 rubles is paid, subject to compliance with the rules of accommodation on the day of check-out after cleaning. 3) Smoking of cigarettes, tobacco, electronic systems and hookahs is prohibited on the territory of the entire accommodation (including balconies, loggias and stairwells). For violation of this rule, we reserve the right not to refund the deposit in the amount of 5000 rubles. 4) A notification of the intention to take your favorite animal with you on a trip is required - this service comes with an increased deposit of up to 7,000 rubles. 5) We take care of our guests and ask them to take off their outdoor shoes when entering the apartment. 6) When leaving the apartment, please close the windows and turn off the electrical appliances! 7) Early check-in and late check-out by appointment for an additional fee. 8) The booking service opening hours are from 9:00-22:00. Final cleaning at the end of the rental is paid separately and amounts to 2000 rubles.
