The spacious 3-room apartment is located in the very center of St. Petersburg. Nevsky Prospekt and Gostiny Dvor metro stations are a 10-minute walk away! The Palace Square is a 10-minute walk away! It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and cozy stay: ✔️ The kitchen is equipped with dishes and appliances (you can always cook your favorite dishes). ✔️ Comfortable 2 double beds (in each of the three rooms) ✔️ High-speed Internet WI-FI. The apartment has a TV, microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, iron, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, hair dryer. ✔️ Bed linen and towels. The apartment is located in the heart of our beautiful city. All attractions are within walking distance: Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, St. Isaac's Cathedral, Palace Square, Hermitage, Champ de Mars, Summer Garden, Mikhailovsky Castle, Circus, Kazan Cathedral Nearby there are all major theaters, concert halls, museums, cafes, restaurants. Shopping and entertainment centers, the famous Apraksin Dvor market (popularly known as Aprashka), pharmacies and grocery stores are just a few steps away - everything you might need is within walking distance. The standard check-in time is after 14.00, check-out before 12.00. Check-in/check-out time can be changed by agreement and possibility. A great alternative to a hotel. Accounting documents for business trips are provided. Entertainment events and corporate parties are not organized in the apartment. Smoking is prohibited. To make a RESERVATION, you must provide a photo of the document (PASSPORT, front page, for your peace of mind and safety, you can add objects to the photo - pen, pencil, etc., but so that all the data is visible) and PREPAYMENT. Please note that we have a DEPOSIT for the property, which is returned to the guests on the day of departure before 20 hours (after cleaning).
