Welcome to our cozy studio located near Alexandrovsky Park. The ideal location is within walking distance of the Peter and Paul Fortress, the Music Hall, Kronversky Prospekt and the ITMO University. In summer, you can watch the bridges being raised and walk home. Nearby there are fragrant bakeries with fresh pastries and coffee, restaurants, cafes, a hearty market, and walking areas. Gorkovskaya and Sportivnaya Metro Stations are an 8-minute walk from the apartment. *RULES OF ACCOMMODATION AND CHECK-IN*: ⏰*Check-in time is from 14:00, check-out time is until 12:00* (There is a possibility of early check-in or late check-out. Exact information should be specified closer to the arrival date (1 day in advance). ?️ *Guests will need a passport to check in*! ? Children under 3 years old *free of charge* Children from 4 years old are priced as adults. It is possible with small pets (+500 rubles per day and an additional deposit of 5,000 rubles). ??For stays of less than 2 nights, the cleaning fee is 1,500 rubles. ? A deposit of 3,000 ₽ is made by the guests upon check-in. The deposit amount will be refunded in full on the day of departure before 20:00 in the absence of damage. *PROHIBITED:* ? Smoking. Our apartment is a smoke-free area. We ask the guests to understand the rule on the prohibition of smoking cigarettes, electronic devices and hookahs. ,Parties. Our apartments are not designed for parties and events.
