RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ACCOMMODATION: • Contactless check-in 24/7; • conclusion of an offer agreement with passport verification (remotely); • check-in from 15:00; • Check-out before 12:00; • late check-in by prior arrangement and payment of 100%; • payment is made 100% within 10 minutes after check-in; • accommodation with children under 7 years old is free of charge - without providing an extra bed; • smoking/vaping (including single-use cigarettes, ICOs, vapes, hookahs) and noisy activities are not allowed in the apartment (if signs and smells of smoking are detected, neighbors complain about noise and loud music, a fine in the amount of a deposit and eviction from the apartment is imposed; • upon check-in, regardless of the number of days of booking, an additional service fee is charged (professional cleaning with disinfection, laundry services) - 2200₽ (We take care of your health: all bed linen is washed and processed in a professional laundry); • additional cleaning and linen change (by agreement) - up to 10 days of booking – 2200, over 10 days – as a gift; • an additional 3rd bed (air mattress and bed linen) is provided for an additional room – 1500 ₽; • security deposit for the safety of property - 5000₽.
