Furniture made of natural wood. The bathroom is combined with a bathtub. Accommodation for up to 6 people (2+2+2 ). There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. A fresh set of bed linen for each bed, 2 towels for each guest, toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers, iron, kettle, hairdryer, dishes, refrigerator, TV and free Wi-Fi. IMPORTANT: when booking for 2 guests, one double bed is provided, if you need separate beds, please inform us at the time of booking. TIME OF PLACEMENT: Check-in: from 15:00. Check-out: before 12:00. Guaranteed early check-in or late check-out - plus the cost of a day before/after. Extension: early check-in / late check-out is possible only if technically possible (to be specified the day before) for an additional fee (equal to the cost of a day). Hourly extension starting from 400 rubles/hour. BOOKING PROCEDURE AND DEPOSIT PAYMENT: When booking on a day-to-day basis, be sure to contact the manager to confirm that the facility is ready. The instructions for access to the apartment will be sent on the eve of arrival. The security deposit is 2,000 rubles. It is deposited upon check-in (by transfer to the card). It is returned within 24 hours after check-out and inspection of the apartment by the administrator. !Absolutely! Check-in is done via our Yandex form, which is sent during the booking chat.
