Baranovsky House

The Baranovsky House Guest Rooms are located in the historical part of St. Petersburg, near Vladimirskaya and Dostoevskaya metro stations. A famous Russian writer once lived nearby, whose name is now the street that once bore the name Yamskaya, and the building where the Baranovsky House is located was designed by the same architect who built the famous Yeliseyev Merchants Store on Nevsky. The distinctive features of the guest rooms of the Baranovsky House are, first of all, affordable prices, as well as a rather concise and modern interior design, but with a touch that conveys the atmosphere of a pre-revolutionary St. Petersburg apartment. There are 18 separate and multi-bed rooms. The dormitories, which are rented out, have bunk beds with individual lights. In their sleeping place, each guest can hide behind a curtain during their moments of rest. The multi–bed rooms also have separate lockers for storing personal items, which are lockable. The remaining rooms are equipped with double or bunk beds, modern TVs, tables with mirrors, wardrobes. Showers and toilets, as well as a washing machine and an iron with ironing board are located in the common hallway. The most notable space of the guest rooms is the living room, with a large table and an amazing pre-revolutionary stucco ceiling and parquet floor.
