(Linen and towels can be changed for bookings over 7 nights free of charge. In other cases, for an additional fee.) - Hygiene products (liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, cotton pads and sticks). As well as laundry detergents and pills for PMM. - Wi-Fi and TV are at your disposal, two spacious closets with hangers, an ironing board, a clothes dryer, an iron, and a hair dryer. Parking space: You can park your vehicle in the courtyard of the house - free access. After completing online registration and paying the remaining amount of the stay (before arrival / day of arrival), a refundable deposit and final cleaning, you will receive detailed instructions on how to check in, with all access codes to the apartment. Please note that all payments, including the security deposit and the final cleaning, are made before you enter the apartment. Check-in registration We conclude a contract with each guest and carry out the verification procedure. You will only need your passport and WhatsApp. The whole procedure will take no more than 5 minutes. On the eve of arrival, you will receive a link to the registration form. You will need to fill it out and familiarize yourself with the contract. Next, you will need to upload three photos to the form: ▪ Pages 2 and 3 of the passport, ▪ the registration page, ▪ Take a selfie with your passport. At this stage, some guests have concerns that the photos may later be used in fraudulent schemes. Everything is according to the law. Further, your data is not transferred anywhere. For your peace of mind, you can put a large label "for booking only" or "not for credit transactions" on the photo. Next, you will receive detailed instructions on how to check in with all the apartment access codes and coordinate the check-in time. Documents for seconded employees are available on request.
