Dear guests, a new design studio awaits you! The house was built in 1898, after major repairs, with an excellent location within walking distance from Moskovsky train station and Nevsky Prospekt! The apartment will comfortably accommodate 2 guests. We appreciate every guest, we guarantee perfect cleanliness and order. Contactless check-in, which will allow you to check in at your convenience within the check-in rules. Everything you need is waiting for you in the studio: * a double bed with orthopedic mattress and snow-white linen, *Smart TV, *refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle,electric stove, all necessary utensils. *Bathroom with shower and a set of soft terry towels for each guest. THERE IS ALWAYS HOT WATER! *Washing machine, ironing board and iron to make your wardrobe look immaculate, WI-FI Within walking distance are: Moskovsky train station-15 minutes, Alexander Nevsky Metro station-5 minutes, Nevsky Prospekt - 5 min. Holy Trinity Alexander Nevsky Lavra. The main attractions of St. Petersburg are the Hermitage, the Russian Museum, Gostiny Dvor, Kazan Cathedral and many other museums, theaters, palaces and embankments of St. Petersburg. Children's City Clinical Center named after K.A. Rauchfuss. Clinical Hospital named after By Botkin. A nice bonus is the enclosed green courtyard, where you can relax on sun loungers surrounded by greenery or play table tennis. !!!Upon check-in, you will need a passport to sign a contract!!! Security payment in the amount of 4,000 rubles is paid before check-in (returned after cleaning the apartment!) When booking for 1-2 days, final cleaning is charged an additional 1300 rubles! We provide accounting documents for business travelers (receipt + contract). There are simple rules of accommodation: There is no smoking in the apartment ,without animals , Noisy parties and events are not held !!! In case of violation of the rules, the deposit will not be refunded!!! Check-in from 14:00 Check-out before 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to agreement in advance.
