Please note that there is no elevator. Please keep this in mind when planning your trip, especially if you are traveling with bulky luggage. There are 4 rooms on the recreation floor: three of them are designed for two guests, and one for four. All rooms are bright and spacious, with windows facing a quiet courtyard, which guarantees a relaxing stay. Our guest house is an ideal starting point for exploring St. Petersburg. Important information for your convenience • Parking: Free public parking is available for guests from 20:00 to 08:00. • Common areas: Shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet are provided for your comfort. These facilities are designed for only four rooms, which ensures their accessibility and cleanliness. We carefully keep order to make you feel at home. Pay the full cost of accommodation. 3. Make a security deposit of 3,000 rubles. The deposit will be refunded on the day of departure, subject to the rules of accommodation and the safety of property.
