All infrastructure is nearby: cafes, restaurants, canteens, shops, coffee shops, beauty and communication salons, banks, etc. 6 furnished rooms with separate bathroom and toilet, kitchen. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay for guests: comfortable beds, soft mattresses, clean bed linen, towels, hygiene kit (disposable gel, shampoo, slippers). Each room has storage space. There is a stable connection to high-speed wireless Wi-Fi throughout the house. Guests are invited to use a comfortable and fully equipped kitchen area with cooking facilities. All appliances are new and serviceable: refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle. There is even a portable two-piece retro tile. All dishes are available. You can drink tea/coffee and cook a full meal, which is especially appreciated by our regular guests with children. There is plenty of space in the kitchen for eating: there is a dining table and a counter. And to brighten up the tea alone, a smart TV is provided. Check-in takes place remotely via an electronic combination lock for the convenience of guests. Please take into account only the fact that late check-in must be agreed in advance with the manager during business hours from 10 to 22.
