The Hideout project from the creators of the Wynwood Hotel – speakeasy- a hotel and an independent quarter organized on the principle of community – began work in the historical center of St. Petersburg, in Kolomna, on the site of the former barracks of the Imperial Marine Guards Corps. Hideout (English: "place of solitude") is located next to the Mariinsky Theater and New Holland, around the corner from the legendary Semimostya – a place opposite St. Nicholas Cathedral, from where seven bridges can be seen at once. The courtyard with the author's Scandinavian garden designed by L.BURO overlooks the embankment, ideal for morning runs or walks along the cozy St. Petersburg canals. Hideout already has Aster Bakery, beauty salon SUITE, yoga and Pilates studio Power Peach and Gastrobar Jam. Hideout does not have the usual hotel rooms or apartments. All the spaces here are called residences and resemble independent studios (including two-storey ones). Each of the residences is not like the other, all of them were created in collaboration with the most prominent architectural and design bureaus of the country. The area of the residences is from 60 to 100 square meters, the ceiling height is up to 5 meters, the vaults of Monier are preserved. Guests in the residences will find: modern premium household appliances (Smeg, Bork), Hi-Fi player with a vinyl collection, a movie projector, an air humidifier, professional cocktail dishes, several bars with various offers: soft drinks and spirits, wines, healthy snacks, secret bar 18+, Italian care products for the face and body. It offers a professional yoga set (mat and blocks), unique works by modern Russian artists, fresh flowers from the botanical garden, daily housekeeping, breakfast from Aster Bakery, a personal driver to meet at the airport or train station, a mandatory 24/7 concierge assistant.
