The Orel Nature Reserve is a 10-minute walk away. The distance to the center of St. Petersburg is 14 km. The Ozerki Metro Station is a 20–minute walk away. The distance to Moskovsky Train Station is 17 km, and Pulkovo Airport is 34 km away.
Convenient transport links to the center and resort area of St. Petersburg allow hotel guests to diversify their leisure time - everything is nearby! 25 minutes by metro, and guests will find themselves in the historical center of St. Petersburg - Nevsky Prospekt, Peter and Paul Fortress, St. Isaac's Cathedral.
The K-Visit Hotel has 96 rooms, located in three buildings with a landscaped surrounding area.
Rooms of various categories are available for booking: Standard, Junior Suite, Suite, Penthouse, Apartment, Studio. Each of them is equipped with a digital TV, telephone, hairdryer, Wi-Fi. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom with a shower or a bathtub.
Guests can have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the on-site restaurant. Conference rooms are provided for business events. There is a swimming pool and a sports complex with a gym, Finnish and Turkish saunas. Guests can also enjoy mini golf.
Upon check-in at the hotel, each guest must present an identity document (passport). For children under 14 years of age, a birth certificate is required. To accommodate minor children without parents, you must present a power of attorney (for children under 14 years of age, the power of attorney must be for an accompanying person, for children over 14 years of age, the power of attorney can be issued for a child).
Access to the 25-meter swimming pool is included in the price according to the rates: SPA WITH BREAKFAST and SPA WITHOUT BREAKFAST from 7.00 to 21.45 for all room categories. The swimming pool is located in the 1st building of the hotel. Access to the pool is by appointment during the opening hours of the sports complex. From 1.09 to 31.05, access to the pool is not available for hotel guests on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 19:00 to 20:00.
When children up to and including 5 years old are accommodated in the main sleeping place with their parents (adoptive parents, guardians or official representatives) without providing an additional sleeping place, no payment is charged for the child's accommodation. It is allowed to accommodate no more than two children up to and including 5 years old per room, except for rooms of category 1-bed Standard. Children up to and including 5 years old cannot be accommodated in rooms of the 1-bed Standard category without providing an extra bed.
