Welcome to the cozy apartments - Me apartments "START" The apartments are located in a new modern Apartment hotel. The total area of the apartment is 26 sq. m. The apartments are specific. Designed for people who value style, comfort and time. The maximum number of guests for a comfortable stay in the apartment is 3 adults + a child from 0 to 4 years old (a playpen bed is provided for a child (Weight up to 15 kg). Convenient location: 8 minutes walk to Parnas metro station. Direct metro line to Pulkovo airport. To Nevsky Prospekt/Gostiny Dvor - 25 minutes by metro (direct line without transfers). 40 minutes to the bus departure stop to the airport (direct line). 45 minutes to Moscow railway station. A close exit to the ring road . Excellent infrastructure. Shops, restaurants and shopping centers necessary for a comfortable stay are within walking distance: Lenta, Perekrestok (open around the clock), Magnit, Pyaterochka, Tokyo City restaurant, Tasty and Dot, Parnas shopping center, Parnas City shopping center and Grand Canyon shopping Center. The apartment has everything you need.: • comfortable double bed (Size 160 cm by 200 cm) with orthopedic mattress, which, if desired, turns into two separate beds; • sleeping place for the third guest - a folding bed (extra charge); • sleeping place for the fourth guest (child from 0 to 4 years old) - playpen bed (Weight up to 15 kg, extra charge); • washing machine, refrigerator, hob; • Smart TV with a large screen; • high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi; • shower, toilet; • dishes, cutlery (including a pot, frying pan, mugs, glasses); • hair dryer, dryer; • pillows and blankets, bed linen and towels; • hygiene products and items (shower gel, laundry gel, dishwashing gel, etc.) A smart lock has been installed for keyless entry, check-in and check-out at any time of the day. Rules of accommodation: 1) The price is indicated for two guests. 2) The third guest, subject to additional payment, the fourth guest (child under 4 years old) in agreement with the additional payment. 3) Not suitable for parties. 4) Smoking is strictly prohibited (smoke alarm is installed). 5) Accommodation with pets is subject to agreement for an additional fee. 6) For rent from 2 days. 7) For rentals of up to 5 days, final cleaning is paid separately. 8) Check-in after 15:00, check-out before 11:00 (early check-in and late check-out are possible by prior arrangement). 9) Upon check-in, a passport is required to conclude a contract. 10) Upon check-in, a refundable deposit for the property is paid.
