The avenue belongs to the historical part of St. Petersburg and, together with the complex of monuments located here, is included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Among the most significant cultural and tourist sites: Admiralty, Stroganov Palace, Kazan Cathedral, House of Books, Gostiny Dvor, Russian National Library, Alexandrinsky Theater, Comedy Theater named after N. P. Akimov, Eliseevsky store, Anichkov Palace and Anichkov Bridge, Moskovsky railway Station, Alexander Nevsky Lavra - this is only a small part that it is located within walking distance from the apartment. Mayakovskaya metro station is a 3–minute walk away. Moskovsky train station, Gallery shopping center, Oktyabrsky Shopping Center – 10 min walk. The apartment has a double bed 160x200, a folding sofa 140x200 and an armchair-bed 70x180, white bed linen and towels individually for each guest, cosmetics: shampoo, shower gel, slippers. Parking in a closed courtyard (places are not guaranteed, but the courtyard is large, the remote control from the gate is located in the apartment).
