Nevskiy Eclectic by AKYAN is located on St. Petersburg’s most famous avenue — Nevsky Prospect. The hotel occupies the upper floors of a historic income house. Moskovsky Railway Station, Ploshchad Vosstaniya Metro Station, and the large Galeria shopping mall are just 300 metres away. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, along with complimentary welcome water in the rooms and interactive TV. The front desk operates 24/7. Guests can make use of laundry services, airport transfers, or visa support. Every morning from 7:30 to 11:00, breakfast is served in the restaurant hall, where guests can enjoy a beautiful view of Nevsky Prospect and a wide variety of buffet dishes. In accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, all foreign guests staying in the territory of the Russian Federation are subject to mandatory registration. AKYAN Hotel provides a service for the preparation of the required set of documents for the migration registration of foreign guests staying at the hotel. The fee for this service is 300rubles per guest for the entire period of stay at the hotel. Starting from March 2026, façade renovation works will begin at Nevskiy Eclectic Hotel. As part of these works, scaffolding will be installed on the building façade. Due to the renovation, the windows in all rooms will be covered by scaffolding and will not be able to be opened. During daytime hours, from 08:00 to 18:00, workers may be present on the façade, and a moderate level of noise can be expected. The work is scheduled to be completed in autumn 2026.
