We also ask you to familiarize yourself with the following provisions: - An extra bed — a folding bed — is available on request and subject to availability for an additional fee: from 01.04 to 30.09 and from 29.12 to 08.01 the surcharge is 1300.00 RUB per day. On other dates, an extra bed is provided free of charge. - When booking an extra seat, breakfast is not included in the price and must be paid on site. Breakfast is 700.00 RUB for an extra seat. - It is possible to provide a child's bed as an extra bed. Children from 0 to 7 years old inclusive stay free of charge. - Guaranteed early check-in is possible at the hotel, the cost is 100% of the payment for the previous day. The non-guaranteed early check-in service is provided free of charge from 08:00, subject to availability of rooms. - Late check-out before 16:00 is charged in the amount of 50% of the cost of a night's stay. Late check-out after 16:00 is charged at the rate of 100% of the cost of a night's stay. - Check-in at the hotel is carried out before 00:00. After the specified time, check-in is only possible with an advance payment in the amount of the cost of the first night. - When booking 3 or more rooms, a prepayment of one night is provided, and the conditions for free cancellation may vary. - For bookings from 7 days inclusive, an advance payment of one night is provided. - Parking requires prior reservation. The cost is 500 rubles/day. Up to 5kg - 500 RUB/day; up to 10kg - 1000 RUB/day. - Business travelers are provided with accounting documents.
