The possibility of booking for 1 day is negotiated separately with an additional cleaning fee of 1,500 rubles. - A contract is concluded at the time of booking. Additionally, a refundable deposit of 3,500 rubles is paid, which is refunded during the day of departure, after cleaning the apartment. Payment for the entire period of stay and a refundable deposit is made upon check-in. How is the check-in going? We conclude a contract with each guest and carry out the verification procedure. The whole procedure will take no more than 5 minutes. The guest undergoes electronic registration with the provision of passport data using the Bitrix CRM system or using the ApartSharing application. Both systems are officially registered by Roskomnadzor for the purposes of collecting and storing passport data. On the day of arrival, after check-in, you will be sent the password for the electronic lock, as well as all instructions for contactless check-in. If necessary, we can arrange a comfortable transfer to our apartments with our driver in a Tesla Model 3 car. Please book the transfer in advance. Not suitable for parties. Smoking is prohibited.
