One-room apartment near Kazan Cathedral

On the second floor of an old house, in the heart of the city, there is a compact and cozy studio apartment with large windows. A great combination of proximity to the main attractions of the northern capital, well-developed infrastructure and a quiet atmosphere. There are many shops, restaurants, walking areas, cafes and shopping malls in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a TV, a small pull-out sofa and a double bed 140 cm wide, a spacious wardrobe. In the kitchen you can find everything for self-cooking: there is a gas hob, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dining table, a full set of kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery. We provide our guests with bed linen, towels, personal hygiene products and household appliances. There are no problems with hot water in our apartments, a gas boiler is installed. The apartments have separate bathrooms, and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment is quiet, the Windows overlook the courtyard, there is a green area in the courtyard, a Playground and the possibility of free Parking (the deposit for the remote control from the gate is 2500 rubles, refunded upon departure). The entrance to the apartment is located in a common vestibule for two apartments, and you can also store things here. The apartment has free Wi-Fi internet access. If you stay with an animal, we charge an additional cleaning fee of 1,800 rubles and a deposit of 5,000 rubles, which we refund within 3-5 hours after check-out.
