Ostrovok is one of the oldest accommodation facilities in the Kupchino district, located in the south of St. Petersburg. Founded in the early 90s of the last century, the "Island" flourished from year to year and turned into a small and very cozy, clean and modern house for our residents. We work so that you don't want to leave and want to come back. There are 3 kitchens open for residents with all the necessary equipment and utensils for cooking. The rooms have free internet access. The day of stay is counted from 14.00 hours on the day of check-in of the resident until 12 o'clock on the day following the day of arrival. Upon check-in, an insurance deposit of 1,000 rubles per room must be paid. You will be refunded the full amount of the deposit upon check-out, if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
