Living room: Large double sofa bed, dining table, vintage chairs, TV. Second bedroom: Bunk bed, bedside table. Kitchen: Refrigerator, kettle, microwave, gas stove with oven, all necessary utensils, dining area. Bathroom: Bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, towels, clean bed linen. Wi-Fi and cable TV are free. Parking: Public urban paid parking of 100 rubles per hour from 8:00 to 20:00 daily, including weekends and holidays. Parking in the blue-marked area is free from 8:01 p.m. to 7:59 p.m. We have an independent check-in according to the instructions. After booking and making an advance payment, the guest will need to contact the check-in administrator from 10.00 to 23.00 at the phone number indicated on the booking voucher to receive instructions on check-in.
