Позвонила за несколько дней до приезда и предупредила о раннем заселении. Мне сказали «приезжайте» В итоге приехала и ничего еще не было подготовлено. Пришлось ждать почти 40 минут пока подготовят номер. Администратор сказала, что уборщица проспала. Кстати, администратора на месте не было и документы меня даже не спросили. Неприятный запах в холле и в номере был. Хлипкая дверь и замок, что о безопасности речи нет. Пришлось на ночь подпереть дверь стулом, так как в соседнем номере проживали гости из ближнего зарубежья и у них была своя вечеринка((( Душевая кабина в ванной уже давно проситься на покой( двери не закрываются и перекошены, что доставляет неудобство при использовании. Рейтинг явно накручен и положительные отзывы тоже. Плюс только то, что расположен в центре Петербурга.

Хорошее место для отдыха после тяжелого дня. Номера чистые и уютные, обслуживание отличное. Всё понравилось, особенно расположение и красивый вид. С удовольствием рекомендую всем туристам, командировочным и т.д.
