Ужасно грязно, волосы на полотенцах и на постели, ужасные запахи в номерах, ковер в коридорах из-за грязи даже не понятно какого цвета был изначально

Это не отель, а помойка! Полы здесь будто не мыли никогда, все стены в пятнах, изголовье кровати черное от следов непонятного происхождения. Попросили провести уборку после заселения, но ничего не изменилось, полы остались такими же грязными. Положили одно маленькое полотенце на двоих, просьбу принести еще одно проигнорировали. Постельное белье все в чьих-то в волосах, матрас с желтым пятном. Про ванную комнату и говорить не хочется, все ржавое и в плесени. Если хотите себе испортить впечатление о поездке, то вам сюда

Мы в ужасе! Это не отель! Это просто трешь!!! Такой грязищи я не видела нигде! Персонал меняется каждый день! Уборщицы отматерили на своем родном языке на просьбу помыть пол в номере! Полотенца постельное все в пятнах и грязное! Ни о каком сервисе речи вообще не идет! Про безопасность и сохранность вещей тоже! На ночь приходится подпирать стулом дверь!Уборки в номере тоже не ждите, на вопрос почему не поменяли полотенца?! Ответ мы не знаем! В номере из посуды только чашка и блюдце! Питьевой воды нет! Ванная комната вся в плесени, кафель, пол, сомнительная шторка в душе. Все настолько кошмарно! Не советую никому! Уровень ниже хостела!
