You will live in the House of V.P. Leyman, built in 1880 in the classical style. Many great people lived in this house, for example, architect A.F. Petzolt. The building is located on the cozy green Andreevsky Boulevard - the pedestrian part of the 6-7 lines of Vasilievsky Island. Simple Seasons Rooms is located on the 4th (last) floor of the building. There is no elevator. You can choose a room from five double and two triple rooms. Most of the rooms have a view of Andreevsky Boulevard (6-7 V.O. lines). In common use: 2 showers, 2 toilets and a shared kitchen-dining room with dishes and household appliances. Vasileostrovskaya Metro Station is 1 minute away, and the Bolshaya Neva Embankment with a grand view of St. Petersburg is 10 minutes away. Check-in is done independently without reception.
