The apartment has undergone a total renovation, designer renovation. Two isolated rooms can comfortably accommodate two married couples or families with children. Two separate bedrooms are equipped with double beds with comfortable orthopedic mattresses. Bedroom 1: 180×200 mattress, bedroom 2: daybed, 80×200 sleeping place can be transformed to 160×200 if necessary. Extra bed in the kitchen-living room (sofa bed 120×190). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a drinking water filtration system and household appliances, including a dishwasher and a capsule coffee machine (capsules are purchased by guests themselves. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a 100-liter boiler (important for St. Petersburg in the summer). There are two comfortable workstations in each room, high-speed Internet, cleaning and ironing equipment, separate bathroom, dressing room. Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests indicated in the booking. Professional cleaning is carried out between arrivals.
