(entrance from the lane Tuchkov d. 18) was built in the 1720s-1730s, the owner of the site was the merchant Bragin. Later, the Profitable house was owned by Prince Prozorovsky, the merchant Olkhin, the wife of the portrait painter D. G. Levitsky, the merchant Kalgina. In 1905, the talented architect Leonid Leonidovich Fufaevsky rebuilt the house into a 4-storey mansion with attics. The portrait painter D. G. Levitsky, the young artist I. S. Goryushkin—Sorokopudov and the future cultural critic and historian of St. Petersburg N. P. Antsiferov lived in the house. In 2001, the house was included by the KGIOP in the List of newly identified objects of historical, scientific, artistic or other cultural value for the city of St. Petersburg.
