This cozy apartment is located in the very center of St. Petersburg. Sadovaya metro station ( Sennaya Ploshchad, Spasskaya ) is a 6-minute walk away! Equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and cozy stay: ✔️ The kitchen is equipped with dishes and appliances (you can always cook your favorite dishes). ✔️ Comfortable beds: two double beds and two double sofas. ✔️ High-speed Internet WI-FI. The apartment has a microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, TV, iron, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, hair dryer. ✔️ Bed linen and towels. All attractions are within walking distance: St. Isaac's Cathedral is 15 minutes away, the Palace Square and the Hermitage are 25-30 minutes on foot. Kazan Cathedral and the Savior on Spilled Blood are 25 minutes away. Nearby there are all major theaters, concert halls, museums, cafes, restaurants. ATMs, pharmacies, and grocery stores are all within walking distance. The standard check-in time is after 14.00, check-out before 12.00. Check-in/check-out time can be changed by agreement and possibility. A great alternative to a hotel. Accounting documents for business trips are provided. Entertainment events and corporate parties are not organized in the apartment. Smoking is prohibited. To make a RESERVATION, you must provide a photo of the document (PASSPORT, front page, for your peace of mind and safety, you can add objects to the photo - pen, pencil, etc., but so that all the data is visible) and PREPAYMENT. Please note that we have a DEPOSIT for the property, which is returned to the guests on the day of departure before 20 hours (after cleaning).
