The spacious 3-room apartment is located in the very center of St. Petersburg, on Vasilyevsky Island. 7 minutes walk to Vasileostrovskaya metro station. Bolshaya Neva Embankment and drawbridges are a 2-minute walk away. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and cozy stay: ✔️ The kitchen is equipped with dishes and appliances (you can always cook your favorite dishes). ✔️ Comfortable 2 double beds (in 2 of the three rooms) and two double sofas for a comfortable sleep. ✔️ High-speed Internet WI-FI. The apartment has a TV, microwave oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, iron, washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board, hair dryer. ✔️ Bed linen and towels. All attractions are within walking distance: the embankments of the Bolshaya and Malaya Neva, the Sphinxes, the movable Palace and Blagoveshchensky bridges, the Menshikov Palace, the Kunstkammer and the Zoological Museum, New Holland, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Admiralty, the Hermitage and the Palace Square are within a 15-minute walk. Nearby there are all major theaters, concert halls, museums, cafes, restaurants. Pharmacies and grocery stores are just a few steps away. The standard check-in time is after 14.00, check-out before 12.00. Check-in/check-out time can be changed by agreement and possibility. A great alternative to a hotel. Accounting documents for business trips are provided. Entertainment events and corporate parties are NOT organized in the apartment. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. To make a RESERVATION, you must provide a photo of the document (PASSPORT, front page, for your peace of mind and safety, you can add objects to the photo - pen, pencil, etc., but so that all the data is visible) and PREPAYMENT. Please note that we have a DEPOSIT for the property, which is returned to the guests on the day of departure before 20 hours (after cleaning).
