Check-in to our apartments is self-guided according to the instructions with the access code, we will send instructions on how to check into the apartment after you make the remaining payment and sign an electronic lease agreement (you need to send a scan/photo of your passport, photo/selfie with your passport to any messenger convenient for you). On the day of check-in, you can sign an electronic agreement at any time convenient for you from 09:00 to 21:00 in order to receive all the instructions for checking into the apartment and access codes in advance.; 3. On the day of check-in, a security payment of 3,000 rubles/5,000 rubles must be made (depending on the selected apartment option). On New Year's holidays, the security payment is 7,000 rubles/10,000 rubles (depending on the selected apartment option). Refund of the security payment on the day of departure before 20:00 by transfer to your card after cleaning and checking the condition of the apartment. 4. Check-in is 24/7. We are available for communication from 9:00 to 21:00. 5. When booking for 1 day, the service fee is paid separately in the amount of 1,500 rubles.
