About hotel

Modern, fully equipped apartments, created according to a unique design project in the spring of 2021 in the heart of the main restaurant street of St. Petersburg. The apartments are located in the legendary "Dovlatov House" (the former house of the "Merchant Society") built in 1911. An ideal location for both bar tourism and cultural events. Stay2Day is a lifestyle apartment where everything is thought out to the smallest detail: location, stylish interior and service that anticipates the expectations of every guest. This is not just a rented apartment, but a cozy place where everyone will feel at home. What is available to the guest: 24-hour check-in, keyless entry, air conditioning and ventilation, oak floor, natural materials used in the decoration, high-speed wi-fi, satellite TV, OKKO, START, PREMIER subscription TV, KINOPOISK, blackout curtains, underfloor heating, rain shower, various lighting options, free parking in the courtyard. Electric scooter and bicycle rentals are available. History: The house was built in 1911 according to the project of civil engineer Alexander Alexandrovich Baryshnikov. It was a residential complex of the St. Petersburg Merchant Council. When developing the project, the architect used elements of Neoclassicism and Art Nouveau. The house is decorated with stucco garlands, mascarons, vases with fruits and cornucopias. The key feature of the building is the deep courdonaire courtyard (from the French cour d'honneur — "court of honor"). This is an architectural technique that creates the feeling of a protected space inside a noisy center. One of the shareholders in the construction was Antip Kharitonovich Yefremov, a Vyritsky timber industrialist, the father of scientist and science fiction writer Ivan Yefremov.
