The apartment has everything you need: dishes for making delicious breakfasts and dinners. Electric kettle, iron, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, hob. There is an ironing board and a clothes dryer on the balcony. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, TV, sofa bed, wardrobe, desk. We have free Wi-Fi. We have prepared sets of clean towels in the bathroom. Personal hygiene items: shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, hair dryer. In the hallway area there is a large hanger and a full–length mirror. Dear guests, please read the rules of accommodation.: * Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and a fine of 3,000 rubles is provided. *Early check-in or late check-out if available and for an additional fee of 50% of the cost of the day. *Do not make noise after 22 hours and parties are prohibited. *Pets are not allowed. *Take out the trash when you leave. * Overnight check-in can be paid if the guest requires to be in touch at night 1000r * For longer stays, additional cleaning is required.
