We kindly ask guests to respect our ban on cigarettes, electronic devices, and hookahs. Security Deposit A deposit of 2,000 ₽ is required upon check-in. Provided there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded in full within 24 hours of departure. Cancellation Policy 7+ days notice: Full refund of the prepayment. Less than 7 days notice: Prepayment is non-refundable. House Rules No Parties: Our apartments are not intended for events or parties. Quiet Hours: Please observe the local "Quiet Law" (no noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM). Pets: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets of any kind. Cleaning & AmenitiesThe rental price includes bed linen, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen. Complimentary cleaning: A fresh change of linen/towels and wet cleaning are provided once every five days (available upon request at your preferred time). Extra service: Additional linen or towel changes are available for 350 ₽.
