One-room studio with modern interior on Vitebsk Avenue. Apartment built in 2024, all new furniture and appliances, high floor, bird's-eye view of the city. Convenient location near Kupchino metro station, in a quiet and green area. Nearby there are supermarkets, grocery stores, cafes, pharmacies. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay.: - comfortable double bed with high-quality mattress, bed linen, spacious wardrobe; - SATELLITE TV, free WI-FI, - kitchen set, sink, induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cutlery and crockery, dining table and chairs; - private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, toilet, towels, soap); - washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer. Check-in after 3 p.m., check-out before 12 p.m., check-in is possible at a time convenient for you. The check-in is remote. We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. For check-in instructions, guests must contact the property in advance. Messenger requests and calls are accepted from 10:00 to 21:00. From 21:00 to 00:00 — messenger calls only. Upon check-in, a deposit of 3,000 rubles is required, which is refunded within 3-5 days after check-out. Pets are allowed on request for a fee (1,500 rubles per pet).
