Mini-hotel Tuman is located in Saint Petersburg, on Nevsky Prospekt, between Moskovsky Train Station and Alexander Nevsky Lavra. The hotel is located on the ground floor of a historic building in a quiet landscaped courtyard. It has a separate entrance from the street. There are 5 Standard and Comfort rooms at guests' disposal. All rooms are equipped with amenities, they have everything to make guests feel at home. Wi-Fi access, a shared capsule coffee maker, and a washing machine and dryer are available. There is no guest parking. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Check-in from 14:00 Check-out until 12:00 Parking space. Unfortunately, there is no parking in the courtyard! Parking on the streets in the central districts of St. Petersburg is paid. Early check-in at the hotel is only possible if you pay for the previous day. Late check-out (subject to availability) room extension on the day of check-out from 12:00 to 22:00 - 50% of the room rate per day. Capacity. No more than 4 people (including infants) are allowed in each room. Children from 0 to 3 years old - they stay free of charge without providing a bed (i.e. they sleep with their parents on the bed) from 3 and older they live at the basic (adult) rate. Smoking. There is no smoking in the hotel. A smoking area is located next to the main entrance to Tuman. Animals. Pets are not allowed. Attention! Repair.  Facade works from 04/20/2026 to 10/30/2026 within the framework of the program for the improvement of the historical center of St. Petersburg. The entire facade of the building at 168 Nevsky Prospekt will be surrounded by scaffolding. The work is carried out daily from 9:00 to 21:00. Night work is not planned.
