Unfortunately, it is impossible to check in without identification documents. It is mandatory to pay for accommodation and an insurance deposit in the amount of 2000 rubles, which is paid by online transfer (for the safety of property, keys and compliance with the rules of accommodation). After checking the condition of the apartment, the deposit will be refunded to your card after 23:00 on the day of departure or on the next business day. In case of violation of the rules of accommodation, we have the right to withhold the deposit. We offer contactless check-in. After making a reservation, contact our administrator for instructions.
