The hotel occupies 5 floors of a 19th—century building where Albert Lishke launched the first production of railway forms in the Russian Empire. Nearby are Semimostye, New Holland, the Mariinsky Theatre, A. Blok's apartment and other cultural locations. The concept implies a personal approach to the guest and the possibility of room transformation. On the ground floor there is a MR. PINKY restaurant-bar with 24-hour access for hotel guests and a CUT-OK boutique barbershop. On the third and fourth floors there is the Onoma SPA laboratory with wellness rituals based on bioactive formulas. Author's rooms range from 33 to 140 m2.
